Jeeran was founded in 2019 by someone who moved to El Gouna and struggled to find a home. What he found instead was a market full of brokers with no real estate background, no transparency, and no accountability. So he built something different.
How Jeeran started
When Rami A. moved to El Gouna, finding a property to rent was harder than it should have been. The market was dominated by informal brokers — people with no real estate expertise, no systems and no interest in protecting either the owner or the guest. Deals were opaque, communication was poor, and trust was in short supply.
Rami saw an opportunity to do things properly. In 2019 he founded Jeeran with a simple but radical idea: manage properties in El Gouna the way they deserve to be managed — professionally, transparently and with genuine care for both owners and guests.
Seven years later, Jeeran manages over 40 properties across El Gouna and Makadi Heights. We are a six-time consecutive Airbnb Superhost. Our owners earn an average annual ROI of 8%+. And our guests keep coming back.
