Before You Arrive 01

Booking & Policy 02
No date changes, and no refund for cancellation — this booking is strictly non-refundable and non-changeable. The only exception is if entry is disapproved by the town/community management, in which case a refund applies.
Airbnb handles all payments, not us — they release payment to us after your check-in date. For any questions about charges or timing, please contact Airbnb support directly.
Unfortunately, we cannot amend a confirmed booking.
For properties in Mangroovy: yes — all Egyptian couples and mixed-gender groups are required to provide a marriage certificate or proof of relationship, per house rules. Without it, your request will be disapproved.

General Stay Questions 03
Yes — a full mid-stay housekeeping service (fresh sheets and towels) is available for $40. This is subject to availability, and during high season it may not be possible to schedule at all, so please request it as early as you can.
You can stream via the triple-play box provided at the property. Apps like Netflix require your own login — we don't provide accounts for these services.
For properties in Mangroovy: yes, free beach and pool access is included.

Late checkout is subject to availability, and is only possible if no other guest is checking in that same day.
