To guarantee that all El Gouna homeowners and visitors enjoy their stay and utilize their property safely and responsibly, kindly abide by the following Rules and Regulations.

GENERAL Damage/abuse of common areas or depriving others from using them is prohibited or causing disturbance to others. This includes but not limited to:

Help in preventing pollution by disposing of litter in the garbage and/or containers.

It’s advised to keep music indoors; if played outdoors, volume must be kept in a tolerable level.

Use of fireworks within common areas.

Carving, chopping, cutting and/or damaging of any landscape.

Leaving laundry to dry outdoors is prohibited; none should be visible from main roads and lagoons.

ROAD RULES All motor vehicles are to be abide by the indicated parking spots and not left on pavements, public passages/roads.

Driving of cars, buggies or other motorized vehicles for people under the age of 18 is prohibited.

Speed limit is set to 60km/h on paved roads - 40km/h on dirt roads.

Keep the music to a minimum; loud disturbing music is prohibited in public roads.

Off-roading is prohibited.

Any passenger on a motorcycle should always be wearing their helmet.

Seat belts must always be worn.

Mobile phones are not to be used while driving.

All bicycles are to abide to cycling lane and follow traffic rules and signs.

Do not block any of the below: Special needs ramps, Bike lanes, Parking spaces. Pool Rules

No running. It’s way too easy for kids and adults alike to slip and injure themselves.

Supervise kids. Young children should always be monitored by an adult.

Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers.

No pets are allowed in the shared pool.

Pool cleanliness must always be maintained.

No food, drinks or smoking allowed inside the pool water.

Personal belongings and trash must be collected after using the pool.

Shared pools are only designated to the block residence, villa owners can use their own pools.

PETS All dogs of different sizes and breeds must always be kept on leash in public areas.

Any violation will be penalized with an amount of 10.000 EGP. STRAY ANIMALS

Do not feed stray dogs/cats as we have designated feeding stations that take care of that need on daily basis.

Place your household waste in designated bins in order to minimize the number of stray animals in residential areas.

Dogs litter must be removed by dog owner for general hygiene and cleanliness. Please note that failure to comply with any of the above rules and regulations will result in El Gouna taking the necessary measures that can escalate to banning from brokerage at El Gouna and/or penalties will apply on your El Gouna Rental Management account online.
